Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting bids on behalf of Oakland County Fiscal Services for printing of the Oakland County Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR).

Quantity - 1 lot = 2500 - paper stock & size (11 x 17) will be same as 2007 financial report. Copies of 2007 financial report can be picked up in the purchasing division office Monday Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Cover color will change and cover stock may change but quality level will be consistent with 2007 document. Cover is foil stamped with 4 die cut square holes.

Final document will be provided by Oakland County to printer in adobe InDesign (creative suite 3). Chart/graph colors and photo reproduction must be of clarity acceptable to the fiscal services division. Oakland county fiscal services must sign off on proofs before final documents are printed.

Completed documents to be delivered on or before 1/27/09 to Oakland County Fiscal Services Division, executive office bldg, bldg 41w, 2100 Pontiac lake rd, Waterford MI 48328 - vendor to shrink wrap publication into 25 reports per unit then boxed. Boxes are to weigh no more than 40 lbs each.
