Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County, on behalf of the Oakland County Tactical Training Consortium is seeking to retain a contractor to deliver a “train the trainer” instruction course for Non-Lethal Training Ammunition (NLTA). The objective of this course is to provide the participants with the abilities needed to effectively design, instruct and implement a reality based training (RBT) program using Non-Lethal Training Ammunition (NLTA).

The course should also include instruction to provide participants with the knowledge to safely train their organizations in the installation and removal, use, and maintenance of Non-Lethal Training weapons conversions kits.
