The Oakland County Purchasing Department at the request of the Oakland County Information Technology Department is issuing this request for pricing for 1, 2 or 3 years of PREMIUM Netmotion Mobility Support and Maintenance. Vendor must supply their service level agreement indicating how they will deliver the support and maintenance. The successful vendor will be required to enter into a standard Oakland County Maintenance contract. Please indicate your support and maintenance costs and supply any support terms and or agreements required.
