Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County requires a complete, robust, full-featured Multimedia Hosting solution that will be used to deliver Oakland County video and other media content via the Oakland County Web site(s). The Multimedia Hosting solution should support streaming and progressive download, on-demand media and live webcasting with viewer polling, multiple media formats, and user role based security access to designated media if required. Complete requirements are detailed in Section 3.0 below. The vendor is expected to provide all setup and training services required for Oakland County to use the system.
