Summary of Specifications:
The Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting bids from qualified firms to establish a three (3) year maintenance contract to provide preventative maintenance (every 6 weeks) and emergency repairs (within 24 hours with a 2 hour confirmation of the service call) on the equipment listed below.

The successful vendor shall provide a yearly cost that will include all parts, labor, materials and incidentals. This shall include chamber cleaning, all replacement parts, excluding lamps. All parts, labor and travel costs shall be included in this yearly quote. The three-year contract would run from 09/01/2008 through 08/31/2011.
