Quantity 30,000 – Gilbert Neutech, bright white, PMS 287, 25% cotton, 24 lb., w/blue stamp/seal, blue ink. Ink is NOT to be lighter than the sample provided. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Envelopes must be printed per these specs. A proof must be provided to the Prosecutor's Office and approved before printing. Please box in quantities of 500. Envelopes to be "print-hold-release" as needed by Prosecutor's Office. Price is to include inside delivery of envelopes to: Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, 1200 N.
