Summary of Specifications:
The Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting SEALED proposals on behalf of the Oakland County International Airport Administration for lawn mowing and grounds maintenance services at the Oakland/Troy Airport located at 2672 Industrial Row, Troy, MI 48084 per the scope of work below. The contract period will be June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010. The County, at its discretion, may award a one, two or three year contract.

Provide one (1) “Original” and one (2) copies for a total of three (3) proposals in a SEALED package and deliver to the Oakland County Purchasing Division no later that Tuesday March 10, 2009 at 4:00 PM EST. No late bids will be accepted by the Purchasing Division.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the site on February 24, 2009 at 12:00 PM. The meeting is not mandatory; however, it is strongly recommended that all contractors who plan to respond to this RFP attend.
