• The consultant may work with the various Oakland County Departments or other designated staff, including Oakland County Facilities Management & Engineering, Facilities Management & Planning and Parks & Recreation Facilities Maintenance & Development. • The consultant(s) will review individual project scope and develop a fee based proposal to the department head pursuant the established contract. .
