All equipment must be new, OEM, and include all standard accessories required for full operation.

3. Warranty and Service Requirements
A comprehensive five (5)-year warranty and service plan must be included. At minimum, the service plan shall cover:

Parts and labor for all repairs
Annual preventive maintenance
Priority technical support
On-site service response as defined in the vendor’s service description

4. Delivery Requirements
All microscopes must be delivered to OCHD Laboratory facilities no later than March 31, 2026. Delivery shall include:

Shipment to designated OCHD locations
Verification of equipment condition upon arrival
Any installation or set-up assistance required
