Summary of Specifications:
Original proposal shall be uploaded into the Michigan InterGovernmental Trade Network (MITN) system before 3:00 p.m., November 6, 2014. This is your official response to the request for proposal. You will need your mitn four (4) digist PIN for the load. Uploading is a simple process, like attaching a document to an email. Be sure to allow yourself enough time. If you have questions about the upload process contact the MITN Help Desk. Five (5) copies of the proposal shall be delivered to the Oakland County Purchasing office before 3:00 p.m. November 6, 2014. A mailing label has been provided as part of the solicitation package for this purpose.
