You should not experience any difficulty posting your proposal, it is as simple as attaching a file to an email. However, if you are having difficulty posting your quote, be sure to contract the MITN Help Desk. Do not wait until the final hours prior to the due time to post your proposal. See specification for fill in the blank document to propose and quote. You must complete the document and save it to your computer before uploading the completed document into the MITN site. General Submission Information: • Responses must be submitted through the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) website www.mitn.info
