Summary of Specifications:
INTRODUCTION Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting bids on behalf of Oakland County Parks & Recreation for greenhouse supplies as described below. Items will be delivered F.O.B Destination to the location listed on the purchase order.

BACKGROUND Oakland County Parks & Recreation has approximately 2300 sq, ft. of greenhouse space to be used primarily for growing annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs, both native and non-native plant material for the various parks throughout the county. The greenhouse operation will also be used for educational and recreational purposes. Normal hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.
