As part of two existing facilities, owned and operated by the Oakland County Parks & Recreation Commission (OCPRC), OCPRC desires to receive qualified proposals/business plans for a public/private business opportunity for the operation of approximately 40,000 square feet of indoor greenhouse space and 13 acres of associated land.
