Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing on behalf of Community and Home Improvement (CHI) is issuing a SEALED Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested vendors who can provide appraiser services for single family vacant foreclosed properties. The appraisals must comply with the current U.S. Housing and Urban Development regulations relating to the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Currently it is anticipated that approximately 100 houses will need to be appraised over the next 18 month period beginning in late January early February of 2009
