Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting bids on behalf of Oakland County Department of Management & Budget Fiscal Services Division for printing of the FY2010-2012 Program Budget.

Document will have color cover and tabs, with photos. Majority of pages are black/white interspersed with color pages/graphs/charts; spiral binding; same as FY2008/2009 book.

The last version had approximately 403 pages; most are printed on two sides, and 9 tabs.

Chart/graph colors and photo reproduction must be of clarity acceptable to the Fiscal Services Division. County must sign off on proofs before document is printed.
