Replace approximately 22,000 sq ft of existing roofing system at Materials Management Center, 1155 Oakland Ave., Pontiac, MI 48340 with two layers, new Firestone 2” Polyisocyanurate board under new Firestone 1.5” HailGard Polyisocyanurate boards (4’x4’ maximum size per board, staggered) and approximately 225 sq ft of existing roofing system at 22 East, Powerhouse Gas Building, 1200 N. Telegraph, Pontiac, MI 48341, with new Firestone 1.5” HailGard Polyisocyanurate boards (4’x4’ maximum size per board, staggered). Install new 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 inch per foot tapered Polyisocyanurate systems. Install new, Firestone, 90 mil, Platinum EPDM, fully adhered system and all flashings. Install new metal flashings
