Summary of Specifications:
Replace approximately 78,940 sq ft of existing roofing systems at 22 East, Central Heating Plant & L Building, 83 West, Children’s Village H Building, and 95 West, Public Works Building, with new 2” Isocyanurate board under 2” Isocyanurate board (staggered) under Firestone 1.5” HailGard Isocyanurate boards (4’x4’ maximum size per board, staggered). Install new, Firestone, 90 mil, Platinum EPDM, fully adhered system and all flashings. Install new metal flashings Provide a thirty (30) year roofing manufacturer’s warranty and a five (5) year contractor’s guarantee.
