Oakland County Roof Replacement Project

Replace approximately 29,570 sq ft of existing roofing systems at 10 East, Jail Annex and Visitation with new Firestone 2.5â€� Polyisocyanurate board (4â€™x4â€™ maximum size per board) under Firestone 1.5â€� HailGard Polyisocyanurate boards (4â€™x4â€™ maximum size per board, staggered). Install new 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 inch per foot tapered Polyisocyanurate systems. Install new, Firestone, 90 mil, Platinum EPDM, fully adhered system and all flashings. Install new metal flashings

Provide a thirty (30) year roofing manufacturerâ€™s warranty and a five (5) year contractorâ€™s guarantee.
