Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested vendors for provision of Drug and Alcohol Testing for the Oakland County Juvenile Drug Court Program and the Court Casework Unit. The successful Contractor(s) will enter into a one year HIPAA Professional Services Contract with the ability to extend for two (2) additional one year periods. The County is seeking the most efficient and economical solution to meet our needs.
