001412 - Document Imaging and Management RFP

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Oakland is conducting a request for proposals for a point solution document imaging and management system that includes future workflow expansion. This system must provide the county’s Elections Division with the capability of imaging both paper and electronic documents, storing them on computer hard drives, CD-ROMs or other optical storage media for archiving and disaster recovery, and making them accessible via the County of Oakland’s existing network and selectively over the Internet. The County would like a scalable software license that can be increased as the County’s needs change.
