Description

Oakland County Purchasing at the request of the Oakland County Information Technology
Department is requesting interested vendors to submit proposals to provide Contest Management Software which allows applicants to submit entries for the annual Michigan
Great Artist competition and Brooks Patterson’s Elite 40 Under 40 program. The successful
vendor will be asked to sign a standard Oakland County Professional Services Contract and
provide insurance pursuant to the terms of the contract. The term of the contract will be four (4)
years. Vendors should submit any licensing terms and conditions along with any agreement
which is required for the entrants and/or for the voting public. Requirements for the online
applications are described below. Please respond with a description of how you will satisfy the
requirements below and provide four-year pricing.
