002881 - Concrete Renovations

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this solicitation to provide the necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform Concrete renovations at various County facilities. Work includes but is not limited to: new concrete construction, miscellaneous repairs and alterations to existing sidewalks, parking lots, drives, curbs and building entrances. The estimated annual volume of work is approximately $200,000 per year. It is the County's intent to coordinate the work with the contractor to minimize disruptions to the public and operating departments when possible. Also, it is the intent to schedule enough work for the contract to be productive in scheduling its work force.
