001077 - Commercial Pot & Pan Washer

Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting SEALED proposals on behalf of Oakland County Children’s Village for a contract to provide and install a turn-key commercial pot, pan and utensil washing and sanitizing system. 

* Contractors proposing services for this contract MUST agree to the insurance requirements outlined in Attachment “C” sample contract boilerplate. The requirements are outlined on page 5 Section 5.2.1. 

Bidders are to include one (1) clearly marked “Original” and two (2) copies for a total of three (3) proposals. Sealed proposals are due in the Purchasing Division on or before September 23, 2009 at 4:00 PM ET. No late or mis-delivered bids will be accepted. 

The kitchen facility at Children’s Village currently has a series of sinks in the location where the new equipment will be located. The overall dimensions for the location of the equipment are 20’ 8” x 34” x 54”. 

The equipment specified is the Power Soak Standard Institutional Line System with High Volume Scrappers by Metcraft Inc. 

If bidding equipment other than what is a specified, detailed specification, including drawings and available options, configurations and pricing must be included with the proposal.
