004046 - Commerce WWTP Influent Channel #5 Restoration

This project involves restoration to influent channel #5 (Building #107) due to Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S)
damage.
Work Description
• Remove deteriorated, weakened concrete using water jetting or other physical means.
• Sawcut at the limits of repair to the depth required by the repair material proposed and restore
concrete surface to the original profile using repair mortar.
• Apply protective epoxy coating system over repair mortar and remainder of exposed surface
beneath the grating support angle to the bottom of the wall or 12 inches below the low water line.
• Where coating is not extended to the bottom of wall, a perimeter 1/8-inch-deep will be sawcut at
the limit of the protective coating application.
