000872 - Calibration and Repair CLEMIS Radio

Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing at the request of the Oakland County CLEMIS IT department is asking interested vendors for pricing for Annual Calibration/Certification per (National Institute of Standards and Technology) for Calibration and Repairs as needed. We envision when the equipment needs to be calibrated or repaired Oakland County would ship to the vendor and be billed for an hourly repair cost in addition to a list parts price (minus) and include shipping. The successful vendor will be expected to sign the standard Oakland County Maintenance Contract supplied as Attachment C with this bid.
