Overview

The OakGreen Program (http://www.oakgov.com/oakgreen/) is an initiative to share information, encourage collaboration, and connect Oakland County residents, businesses, and communities to resources that can advance environmental stewardship, economic growth, and strong communities. A key component of the OakGreen Program is the OakGreen Challenge, which encourages home, business, and government facilities to decrease energy consumption by 10% in 2012. To that end, the purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for advertising on cable TV and websites with the goal of increasing awareness of the OakGreen Challenge and encouraging homeowners to sign up.
