Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing is accepting proposals on behalf of the Oakland County Health Division for advertising as outlined below. Oakland County Health Division plans to conduct an HIV advertising campaign in Oakland County. Advertising will occur on SMART buses traveling throughout Oakland County. The advertising period will be 06/15/2015 through 07/13/2015. The Health Division will also utilize 5 street side posters on local surface streets spread throughout the county. The large posters measure 10’5 X 22’8. The advertising period is scheduled for 6/15/15 – 7 /13/15.
