Description

Seeking vendors to provide broadcast-quality audio/visual services and equipment for the Oakland County Executive State of the County address at the Flagstar Strand Theater for the Performing Arts in downtown Pontiac, Michigan on Wednesday, February 7, 2018. This will include but not be limited to:

  • Utilizing house or successful bidder audio to project sound in an auditorium with 800 seated individuals (headset microphone, back-up lavalier microphone, voice-of-god stick microphone, and a fourth microphone either stick or lav)
  • High-quality rear-projection screen and projector to support video playback and PowerPoint from laptop (working with county graphic artist and IT Department) plus a switcher to toggle between both types of presentation
  • At least three broadcast-quality cameras (center, angle, and audience) and the subsequent control-room equipment and personnel to record the event with the possibility of feeding it live to local cable. This will later include an edited DVD of the event from start to finish which will be distributed to local cable throughout Oakland County.
  • Live stream feed to county website, Facebook, and YouTube (working with county IT Department) along with sharing embed codes with news media
  • Audio multbox feed for news media
  • Spotlighting (either working with house lighting or vendor option) that will not interfere with teleprompter screens which will be provided by a separate vendor
  • At least two dedicated internet hard lines, one for county social media team, the other for broadcast radio station which will carry the speech live
