Oakland County Purchasing Division is accepting bids on behalf of Oakland County Parks & Recreation for annual vehicle park permit stickers as described below. Sample available for viewing at Purchasing Division Office.
Specifications
Stock – .002 Clear Polyester, pressure sensitive with removable adhesive and clear liner*
Size 3 x 2.625 with .875 peel strip (total size = 3 x 3.5)
Print art on poly (right facing on sticky side) with instructions on peel strip portion of liner. Please refer to sample.
Two colors, black and a PMS match. Black outline with top being arched, printing on the PMS color background. Color must be UV resistant to prevent fading.
Face slit on poly
Numbering as below. Please use serif font if possible, for letters & numbers
Pad in ascending order, 100 decals per pad, with face showing and lowest number on top. Note: be sure padding adheres to all decals in each pad. Minimum 4 pt. chipboard for backing of pads to prevent curling
Package each lot (letter) in individual boxes that fit the contents of each box. Boxes can then be combined in cartons if desired; cartons not to exceed 40 lbs. in weight.
Delivery: Need in-hand by or before Sept. 1, 2010
* Material used in 2009 was FLEXmark PM 200 Clear PTP by FLEXcon. If printer is bidding on an alternate material, sample must be provided with bid.
