Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County, on behalf of the Oakland County Tactical Training Consortium is seeking to retain a contractor to deliver a “train the trainer” instruction course for Active Shooter Response. The Train the Trainer course should be “off the shelf”, and be able to be presented as soon as possible. The winning bidder should present the class with a 5:1 student to instructor ratio. There will be two classes of 25 students. Instructor manual and all necessary media (CD, DVD) will be provided to each student.Please see the accompanying file (002528 SOL)for full details.
