Summary of Specifications:
WRC is requesting for Unit Price Bids for surface restoration on Local and MDOT roads within the limits of the City of Pontiac. The work will include Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Concrete and/or composite pavements, concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, greenbelt/landscape restoration and miscellaneous surface features within the limits of the proposed restoration. All work shall be in accordance with the Oakland County Water Resources Commission, City of Pontiac and MDOT requirements as outlined in the specifications.
