The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for Terminal Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS). The Muskegon County Airport is seeking to procure a replacement Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) for the Terminal parking lots.

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.
A copy of the RFP will be available by Tuesday, January 7, 2020, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county. A Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at 1:30 PM at the Muskegon County Airport Terminal, 99 Sinclair Dr., Muskegon, MI 49441. Attendance is recommended.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Accounts Payable Office and be clearly marked: “RFP 20-2374 Airport PARCS”.
