For electronic submittal, bids may be submitted at the Bidnet site only. Bid offers sent by other electronic devices are NOT acceptable and will be rejected upon receipt. Responses submitted electronically will be submitted through the onlineBidnetPortal at: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/muskegon-county. Preferred viewing browsers are Internet Explorer11, Microsoft Ede, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. JavaScript must be enabled.
For physical submittal,complete submissions must be received in the Muskegon County Purchasing Office, 141 E Apple Ave, Muskegon, MI 49442 no later than the due date andtime specified (local time). Muskegon County is not responsible for delays caused by any occurrence. The time/date stamp clock located in the Purchasing Office (or other designated area) shall serve as the official authority to determine lateness of anyproposal. Late, faxed, or emailed response will not be considered. To be considered timely, a complete hard copy response must be submitted before the stated due date and time on 8 ½ by 11 paper, no binding, in a sealed envelope/package clearly marked to Muskegon County Purchasing, “RFB 22-2460 Solid Phase Extraction Equipment”.
