The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for Muskegon Area Transit System Route Study and Comprehensive Operational Analysis. This solicitation is to seek a qualified consulting firm to conduct a Route Study and Comprehensive Operational Analysis of the Muskegon Area Transit System to determine alternative routing or methods of delivering services in the community that better meet current needs and community expectations.

All bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, Monday, February 4, 2019. All bids should be delivered in sealed envelope and addressed to the County of Muskegon and be clearly marked “RFP 19-2328 Route Study & Comprehensive Operational Analysis”
