The Muskegon County Water System Policy Board is requesting proposals for Legal Counsel Services. The Muskegon County Water System Policy Board is seeking to procure independent Legal Counsel to advise and represent the Water Policy Board on a contractual basis under appointment by Board Action.
Vendors and/or their representatives may submit bids electronically through Bid Net or physically at: Muskegon County Procurement Office, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442.
The Muskegon County Public Works Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.
A copy of the RFP will be available by May 7, 2021, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Procurement Office and be clearly marked: “RFP 21-2423 Legal Counsel Services for WPB”.
