Description

The Muskegon County Public Works Board invites your proposal for Landfill Groundwater Monitoring and Reporting Services. This solicitation is for monitoring and reporting services for Type II and Type III landfill groundwater monitoring plans.
 
Vendor registration, as well as the request for bid materials, is available on the Bid Net Direct website at www.bidnetdirect.com. Proposals are due in the Muskegon County Accounts Payable Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Monday, March 5, 2018.
 
No late proposals will be accepted.  The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.  The County of Muskegon operates as an equal opportunity provider and employer. Bidding is open to all interested parties, in compliance with national, state and local laws.
