The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners invites your Bid for Deremo Access Site Road Improvements. This project includes asphalt paving at the Deremo Access Site located in Blue Lake Township.
Vendor registration, as well as the request for bid materials, is available on the Bid Net Direct website at www.bidnetdirect.com.  Bids are due in the Muskegon County Purchasing Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Wednesday, August 2, 2017.
No late bids will be accepted.  The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.  The County of Muskegon operates as an equal opportunity provider and employer. Bidding is open to all interested parties, in compliance with national, state and local laws.

Vendor must submit bid on this form and as requested.  Vendor is requested to submit Two (2) paper copy marked “Original” and One (1) digital file, such as a flash drive, DVD, or CD.  Digital File should be only one PDF file, if possible and named “Bid Response”.  If no flash drive is available, One (1) paper copy marked “Original” and One (1) paper copy marked “Copy” is acceptable.  Vendor should make a copy of bid for his or her file.
The vendor’s name and address must appear on the outside of the envelope.  The bid must be sealed.  The vendor must clearly write the bid name and number on the outside of the envelope along with the vendor’s business name.
