REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: 2017-19 TRANSIT ASSET MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
 
Sealed bids are being accepted by Mass Transportation Authority (MTA), 1401 S. Dort Hwy, Flint, MI 48503, for the Transit Asset Management Professional Services.  Sealed bids must be received on or before Friday, December 11, 2017, 1:00 P.M. (EDT).  Bids must be labeled RFP 2017-19 “Transit Asset Management Professional Services”, Due Date, and Bidders’ Name.
 
Bid packages may be obtained at MTA, 1401 S. Dort Hwy, Flint, MI 48503 from the Purchasing Agent on or after November 6, 2017, or please visit www.mtaflint.org/purchasing for more information.  MTA is partnering with the MITN Purchasing Group Bid System and will post their IFB and RFP opportunities to this site as well.  As a vendor, you can register with the MITN Purchasing Group Bid System and be sure that you see all available bids and opportunities. The MTA reserves the right to waive any informality in the invitation for bid; to reject any or all bids; and to make any award which it considers to be in the best interest of the MTA.  The MTA reserves the right to use whatever reasonable and prudent evaluation techniques it deems appropriate.
 
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after submission
