RFQ is to include all costs including, but not limited to, shipping, handling, sizing, etc. Macomb Township is tax exempt. Tax exempt certificate available upon request. Narrative on vendor return policies is requested and will be considered in awarding this RFQ. The vendor shall be responsible for the supplies covered by this contract until they are delivered at the designated delivery point, regardless of the point of inspection; and the vendor shall bear all risks of loss or damage to rejected supplies after notice of rejection.
