A new Sheriff sub-station (and associated site improvements) will be constructed in an existing building, formerly a fire station. The project will involve significant interior renovations and minor exterior renovations including, but not necessarily limited to: demolition of interior walls and existing mechanical/electrical systems, reroofing w/structural deck replacements as necessary, new mechanical & electrical systems, new walls/doors/windows, new finishes/fixtures/millwork, and more.
