All proposals must be physically submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the bidder and a notation indicating the project on which bid is submitted. All proposals must be submitted in their entirety with no pages removed. A certified or cashier’s check on an open, solvent bank shall be submitted with each individual bid in the amount of $10,000.00 payable to the Livingston County Road Commission for Item No.1 or the project title.
