RFQ-GN-10-02 - Third Party Insurance Administrator

Summary of Specifications:
The Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority (LCCMHA) hereby invites firms that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit proposals for Third Party Group Benefit Services. Professional services include, but are not limited to, insurance marketing, consulting, and related services. This contract shall be in effect for an, (“Initial Year”) unless continued as follows. At the expiration of the Initial Year, or at the expiration of any year thereafter during which this Contract is in effect, this Contract shall be automatically renewed for a period of two (2) years under the same terms and conditions as were in effect for the year immediately preceding such renewal, unless written notice is given ninety (90) days in advance of the expiration of any such Plan year by either the TPA or the Employer to the other party to this Contract.
