21-0002 - Residential Bathroom Remodel - Group Home

Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority (LCCMHA) is requesting proposals for bathroom remodel (approximately 92.75 sq. ft.) at a residential home located at 56 S. Burkhart Rd, Howell, MI 48843.
A brief scope of services are:
Demo existing flooring, shower, existing (non load) bearing wall. Install new shower insert (including fixtures and accessories), vanity, toilet, and tall utility cabinet, new light fixtures, floor and wall tile, ceiling and wall paint.
LCCMHA is a community mental health agency that provides emergency services, assessments, health and medication services, client services management, individual and group therapy, assertive community treatment, older adult services, respite, substance abuse services, community supported living, wraparound and psychosocial rehabilitation. LCCMHA has approximately 185 employees with two main locations for services that are 1 mile apart both right off of Grand River Avenue in Howell, MI.
This is an “all or nothing” award. Bidders are requested to submit proposals for all projects included in the Request for proposal.
