LCAO-RFP-2025_002 - Proposal for Computer Network and Information Technology Support Services

The County of Leelanau is seeking proposals from interested, experienced, and qualified individuals and information technology firms for the purpose of managing the County's computer network and providing information technology service support to the County over a three (3) year period. There is the possibility to renew this contract for two (2) additional three (3) year period(s).

The County initiated this Request for Proposals to solicit proposals from experienced Respondents interested in co-managing the County's computer network and providing information technology service support. The RFP will allow the County to identify a qualified Respondent able to plan, co-manage, and assist with County technology initiatives in support of administrative operations at the County. Specifically, the successful Respondent will provide: hardware, network, and software support, helpdesk, backup and recovery, remote access and support, email maintenance and support, data security, and disaster recovery
