Lansing Community College is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to rehabilitate parking lots as needed through September 30, 2026. Services may be rendered within Lansing Community Colleges Downtown, West or Mason Aviation Campuses.

The first project will include rehabilitation of parking lots 22 and 23 as indicated on attachments provided by Rowe Professional Services Company. The substantial completion date of rehabilitating parking lots 22 and 23 is August 1, 2025. The Contractor will coordinate rehabilitation work of parking lots 22 and 23 with the Rowe Professional Services Company and LCC. Specifications and Drawings for rehabilitation work of lots 22 and 23 prepared by Rowe Professional Services Company.

Project information for other as needed rehabilitation work will be provided to awarded Contractor as identified.
