Isabella County is soliciting proposals for the COA On-Premise Digital PBX Solution. Ideally, the COA On-Premise Digital PBX Solution will provide a digital phone system with new phones, voicemail to email functionality, caller identification, E911 capability, auto attendant, music on hold, phone paging capabilities, GUI interface for system administration reporting and training for primary and administrative users.
A mandatory site visit and pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 10:00am in Activity Room B at the Isabella County Commission on Aging, 2200 North Lincoln Road, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858. This meeting will be the only opportunity for prospective proposers to ask questions regarding proposals.
