Description

The primary goal of the County is to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for comprehensive management services of its Jail/ICSO Construction Project. The County desires a professional firm to represent its interests in the various phases of initiation, design, construction and close-out of a new Isabella County Jail and Isabella County Sheriff’s Office.
A mandatory site visit and pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 225 at the Isabella County Building, 200 N. Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858. This meeting will be the only opportunity for prospective proposers to ask questions regarding proposals.
