The County desires an audio/visual system for the Board of Commissioners' chambers that includes recording capabilities for electronic preservation. The system will include microphones, cabling, speakers, cameras, system controllers and two presentation monitors.
A mandatory site visit and pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. in Room 225 (the Boardroom that will be receiving the proposed audio/visual system) at the Isabella County Building, 200 N. Main St., Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858. This meeting will be the only opportunity for prospective proposers to ask questions regarding proposals.
