ITP is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design, conduct, and analyze a statistically valid public opinion poll related to the renewal of the agency’s transit millage. The purpose of this research is to gauge public awareness related to an increase in millage rates, attitudes, and likely support of a potential ballot measure that would not only continue funding but would increase funding for public transportation services within the six cities of Grand Rapids, East Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Wyoming, Walker, and Grandville.
