The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including storm sewer pipeline and drainage structure cleaning, defect identification and condition assessment utilizing closed circuit television (CCTV) equipment and the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) and Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP) Level 2 defect coding systems, and all incidental construction at Hudson Mills, Huron Meadows, Indian Springs, Kensington, Lake Erie, Lake St. Clair, Lower Huron, Oakwoods, Stony Creek, Willow and Wolcott Mill Metroparks in Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties, Michigan. This project shall be totally completed on or before September 28, 2018.
